Customer Service Associate
A global e-commerce and technology organisation is seeking Customer Service Associates to join its support operations team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer support across online shopping, account management, and order-related queries.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, chat, and email. You will help resolve customer issues, ensure a seamless shopping experience, and support account safety and fraud prevention where required.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email in a qualified and timely manner Assist with order support, account access, identity verification,



and account security concerns Investigate and resolve customer issues using internal tools and systems Identify and escalate potential fraud or security risks when necessary Provide solutions without relying on scripts, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously while assisting customers Work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required Maintain punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts Requirements
Minimum education: High school completion (or equivalent) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Basic computer literacy and ability to work across multiple digital systems Ability to work in shift-based schedules, including overnight shifts Must be legally authorised to work in the relevant country Freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome Working Environment
