We are looking for a Customer Support / Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by assisting clients with account-related queries, platform support, onboarding, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive,



and capable of building solid relationships with clients while ensuring timely resolution of concerns. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and support tickets. Assist customers with account opening, KYC documentation, onboarding, and activation processes. Support clients with trading platform navigation, login issues, fund transfers, and general operational queries. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards. Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams for issue resolution. Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests and escalations. Educate customers on Bullsmart products, services, and platform features. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and support systems. Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve customer experience and product offerings. Contribute to customer retention
