and passionate about fashion/streetwear. What we're looking for:
Creative mindset with strong design skills Experience in T-shirt / apparel design preferred Ability to turn ideas into original artwork Open to collaboration and feedback Able to deliver designs consistently every month Compensation:As we are a small startup in the early stage, our current budget is ₹5,000 per month. While the initial pay is modest, we believe in growing together — as the brand grows and becomes profitable, performance-based bonuses / profit-sharing opportunities can be expected.
