About the Role
Shriram General Insurance is seeking a creative and technology-driven AI Video Creator to produce engaging video content for marketing, branding, training, internal communications, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AI-powered content creation tools and possess strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality videos using AI-powered video generation and editing tools.
Develop engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website, and corporate communications.
Edit and enhance video footage using professional editing software.
Design motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and promotional videos.
Convert scripts, concepts, and marketing briefs into compelling visual stories.
Create AI-generated avatars, voiceovers, subtitles, and multimedia content where appropriate.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to deliver impactful video campaigns.
Optimize video content for different platforms including You Tube,



Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and internal communication channels.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools, video trends, and creative technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and timeline requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Animation, Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and content creation.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of AI video creation tools such as Runway, Synthesia, Pika, Kling, Hey Gen, Midjourney, Chat GPT, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of video editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating short-form and long-form digital content.
Ability to write effective prompts and leverage AI tools
