Job Summary
The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a strategic fundraising plan to generate financial resources for JRF's programs and initiatives. The role involves identifying potential funding sources, building relationships with donors, grant writing, and organizing fundraising events. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and has a solid background in non-profit fundraising with a deep commitment to social causes.
Key Responsibilities




Fundraising Strategy and Planning Develop and implement an innovative fundraising strategy aligned with JRF's mission, goals, and values. Identify and analyze fundraising trends to guide future planning and strategy. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets. Grant Writing and Proposal Development Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and other sources. Develop compelling proposals and grant applications to secure funding for JRF's initiatives. Collaborate with program teams to understand project needs and align grant proposals accordingly. Donor Engagement and Relationship Building Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective and current donors, including individuals, corporate partners, foundations, and government agencies. Develop donor engagement strategies to retain and grow JRF's donor base. Create and implement a donor communications plan, ensuring timely follow-ups, updates, and acknowledgments
