Head of Growth
Position Overview
Grapes Worldwide is seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and strategic Head of Growth to lead the company's revenue growth, new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across integrated marketing, creative, digital, SEO, paid media, AI, CGI/3 D, and emerging technology solutions.
This is a leadership role responsible for building a predictable revenue engine, driving enterprise-level client acquisition, developing high-value partnerships, and leading the business development function.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong sales execution, possesses an established network of industry relationships, and has a proven track record of scaling revenue within agencies, consulting firms, technology companies, media organizations, or marketing services businesses.
The Head of Growth will work closely with leadership, strategy, creative, media, and delivery teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning,



and accelerate revenue generation across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Leadership & Growth Strategy
Own overall business growth, revenue generation, and new business targets for the organization.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify new revenue streams, service offerings, verticals, and market expansion opportunities.
Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline across key industries and geographies.
Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly growth plans with clear revenue accountability.
2. Enterprise Sales & Recent Business Acquisition
Lead acquisition of high-value accounts, strategic partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
Personally engage in key pitches, negotiations, and high-stakes commercial discussions.
Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, CXOs, Founders, and Procurement Leaders.
