Position Overview :
The Associate Vice President - Value-Based Care Operations will lead and scale the offshore delivery organization supporting U. S.-based clients in value-based care services, including risk adjustment, quality, and care coordination. This leader will oversee staffing operations, service quality, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate has deep firsthand experience in HCC coding and risk adjustment, led teams generating tens of millions in annual revenue, and possesses proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budget adherence. This role requires both operational excellence and client-management to drive sustainable growth and client value.

Business & Operations Leadership :
• Own and manage the overall P& L, including revenue, margins, SG& A, and EBITDA.
• Oversee end-to-end operations across delivery centers in IKS locations in India.
• Drive consistent achievement of delivery SLAs,



accuracy targets, and productivity benchmarks.
• Drive operational excellence across all delivery functions including recruitment, training, quality, and workforce management.
• Lead large-scale operations and manage high-volume, complex client engagements, ensuring adherence to delivery standards.
• Implement continuous improvement frameworks to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Provide operational input to product design and support go-to-market team on business development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, and Technology) to align delivery capacity with business growth plans.
• Serve as subject matter expert on industry trends, including CSM and regulatory updates, HCC coding guideline changes, and technology trends impacting delivery.
Financial Management :
