About the role...
As a Senior Manager - Production Scheduling Solver, you'll play a key role in shaping and evolving o9's production scheduling capabilities. You'll act as the bridge between customers, engineering, UX, QA, and other stakeholders, ensuring our solutions solve real business challenges in the most efficient way.

Understand the market trends,



competitive landscape carefully and with the in-depth understanding of our existing product, chalk out the product vision and prioritize the new features and requirements Act as a domain expert and advocate/implements the best practices with the development team Understand the individual customer requirements carefully and create the Functional specifications, Use cases, mock-ups and other documents required for the development team to get going. Explain functional requirements to the development team Make sure that the solution that is designed and developed effectively meets the business objectives of the end users Validate/test the newly developed features and their impact on existing features. Demonstrate these current features to key stakeholders and get their feedback Work with UX team to create a pleasant user experience Act as the functional 'Go-to' person for the QA team Act as the hub of the stakeholders for the application, interfacing with t
