Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, organised, and deeply music-driven Artist Management Intern to join Our Circle. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes music, understands global and Indian artist culture, keeps up with trends, and is excited to work closely with artists to help grow their careers. As an Artist Management Intern, you will support day-to-day artist coordination, research, documentation, communication, planning, and execution. This role also includes responsibilities in booking support,



sales support, non-exclusive bookings, and basic show coordination so you gain a ground-level understanding of how the artist ecosystem operates across management, live shows, projects, campaigns, opportunities, and brand interactions.

This is a full-time, paid internship based in Marol MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai, with a 6-day work week, operating in an onsite or hybrid mode.

What you will be doing -

• Artist coordination, scheduling, communication, and planning.
• Music trends, playlists, analytics and cultural research.
• Release planning, campaigns, and project coordination.
• Content assets, digital materials, creative support.
• Booking research, promoters, venues, opportunities.
• Event operations, show advancing, logistics support.
