An industry leading owner and developer of mission critical infrastructure is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Risk leader to oversee safety performance across a rapidly expanding portfolio of major projects throughout India.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, preventing responsible incidents, ensuring robust governance, and embedding world class safety standards across both construction and operational environments.
Working closely with project teams, contractors, consultants and senior business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's safety strategy during a period of significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Health & Safety performance across a portfolio of large scale infrastructure projects.



Drive the prevention of serious incidents through effective risk management and critical control verification. Develop and implement safety programmes, standards, procedures and assurance frameworks. Serve as the senior Health & Safety advisor to project leadership teams and key stakeholders. Conduct audits, inspections and performance reviews to ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action programmes. Monitor leading and lagging indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Produce regular performance reports and executive level safety dashboards. Support emergency preparedness, crisis management and business continuity planning. Ensure safety requirements are embedded into operational procedures, contractor management processes and project delivery plans.
