Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to support the financial operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations,



supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to support sound financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation across multiple residential, nursing and dementia care homes. Process and reconcile financial transactions, including bank accounts, invoices, expenses, journals and payments. Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely processing and resolution of queries. Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies. Monitor outstanding balances and support credit control activities Perform regular bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and post journals, accruals and prep
