Job Summary
One of our clients is seeking an experienced US Tax professional with 10+ years of experience in providing strategic tax advisory services directly to end clients, preferably large corporates or MNCs. This role is focused on advisory rather than compliance, requiring solid client engagement, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-impact tax solutions across diverse business scenarios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US direct and indirect tax principles, with proven experience in handling complex client engagements, structuring, and tax planning advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end US tax advisory services to corporate and multinational clients across industries Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, tax heads, and senior stakeholders on tax structuring and planning matters Advise clients on US tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructuring,



and business expansions Support clients with tax-efficient strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks Interpret and apply US tax laws, regulations, and treaty provisions to real-world business cases Lead and manage client engagements independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and timelines Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (legal, finance, global teams) to drive solutions Provide guidance on tax risk management, controversy support, and audit readiness Stay updated on US tax reforms, regulatory changes, and industry trends and proactively advise clients Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to knowledge development within the practice Required Skills & Qualifications
