Full job description
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month gross base salary, plus up to approx. ₹28,600/month performance bonus, if earned. Bonus eligibility starts after the first full month of employment.
Hours: Full-time, 48 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM U. S. EST — India night shift
Days Off/Vacation:

e We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order & Shipping Processing Associate to support our order fulfillment and shipping operations. In this role, you will process customer and vendor orders, create and manage shipping labels, track packages, and communicate with vendors to make sure orders are delivered accurately and on time

This position requires strong attention to detail, good spoken and written English, and the ability to work during overnight hours aligned with U. S. business operation

Requirem
ents Experience in order processing, shipping coordination, logistics, vendor coordination, or supply chain sup port Good spoken and written English communication sk ills Comfortable speaking with vendors and internal team mem bers Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Solid attention to detail and accu racy Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple orders at once Ability to work
