Role Overview
To act as a deputy to the CFO, supporting the organization's financial strategy, governance, and performance management, while progressively building end-to-end ownership of the finance function. The role requires a strong financial controller background with manufacturing experience, along with exposure to multinational environments and working with global teams, ensuring robust financial discipline across operations. It is designed as a succession pipeline, with the individual expected to evolve into the CFO position over time through strategic leadership, business partnering, and robust financial stewardship.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance Leadership Support the CFO in shaping and executing the organization's global financial strategy, aligning financial goals with business expansion, profitability, and shareholder value creation. Global Planning & Budgeting Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.



Financial Control & Reporting Oversee end-to-end accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting in compliance with international standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and local statutory requirements across regions. Treasury & Capital Management Manage global treasury operations, including liquidity planning, cash flow optimization, forex risk management, working capital efficiency, and banking relationships. Compliance & Regulatory Governance Ensure adherence to global and local statutory regulations, tax laws, transfer pricing norms, and corporate governance frameworks across all operating entities. Taxation & Structuring Drive direct and indirect tax strategies, including cross-border tax structuring, compliance, and optimization, in line with multinational regulatory environments. Performance Management & Business Partnering Deliver actionable financial insights, MIS, and performance analytics to leadership teams,
