We are hiring a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founder, driving execution across the organization. This role will be responsible for tracking key initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing strategic projects, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and ensuring critical priorities move forward efficiently—allowing the Founder to focus on high-impact decisions, vision, and growth.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Founder & CEO.
This role works closely with the CTO, CFO, CMO,



and Business Development teams to drive cross-functional execution and strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
1. Founder's Execution Office
- Maintain and track the Founder's action items, commitments, and follow-ups made in meetings, calls, and reviews.
- Own a single source of truth for what's due, who owns it, and what's overdue.
- Run a short weekly execution review with the Founder to close the loop on open items.
- Flag stalled items proactively — before they become deadline problems, not after.
2. Cross-Team Coordination & Status Relay
- Be the relay point between Finance (transactions, documentation) and the fundraising process — chasing data room items, confirming handoffs, surfacing blockers within 48 hours.
- Collect weekly status from CTO, Sales, and Marketing and bring the Founder a single consolidated update, instead of the Founder chasing four separate threads.
- Escalate cross-team dependencies (e.g., "Marketing
