Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop current business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and requirement gathering.
• Identify suitable machine vision, AI inspection, robotics, and automation solutions based on customer needs.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, sample collection, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and commercial closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for successful project execution.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and periodic sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Required Qualification
s• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation,



Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
.• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, SPMs, Packaging Machinery, Capital Equipment, or related industrial products
.• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applications
.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
.• Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits and project discussions
.

ls• Experience in Machine Vision, AI-based Inspection Systems, Industrial Cameras, Robotics, Sensors, PLCs, or Factory Automatio
