YODA provides essential medical assistance to abandoned and injured animals, rehabilitates mentally distressed animals, and cares for homeless or elderly animals until they are ready for adoption or release. Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Receptionist & Guest Manager at YODA's Animal Welfare Centre, located in Varanasi. The selected individual will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer and manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about YODA's services.
Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks such as record-keeping, coordinating with different departments, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. The role also requires managing guest experiences and maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment at the centre.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties (Hindi & English) Strong Clerical Skills, including record management and data entry Ability to manage people and community. Calm nature Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and handle multiple tasks Empathy towards animals and familiarity with animal welfare activities is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and office applications
