Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance & Data Management Lead to
design, implement, and scale enterprise-wide data governance and data
management capabilities. This role will be responsible for defining governance
frameworks, implementing governance & data management programs for the
client organization, improving data quality, enabling trusted data products, and
fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership, stakeholder management,



and hands-on expertise in modern data governance practices and platforms:
Define and implement the enterprise data governance vision, operating model, policies, standards, and processes Lead the design, implementation and adoption of enterprise data governance capabilities including metadata management, business glossary, data ownership, data lineage and stewardship processes using platforms such as Alation, Collibra, Informatica Define, implement, and monitor data quality frameworks, rules, scorecards, and remediation workflows to improve trust, consistency, and usability of enterprise data assets Lead implementation and optimization of governance platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Purview, or similar tools. Partner with business, analytics, and engineering teams to design & implement overall enterprise data management capabilities using up-to-date data platforms Establish and operationalize data governance policies, standards, controls, and best practi
