Direct Tax :
The incumbent will be responsible for managing direct tax compliances, assessments, transfer pricing matters, tax audits, and litigation support across the Group entities. The detailed responsibilities are given below:
Prepare, review, and file income tax returns and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations Coordinate and support tax audit preparation and finalization Review General Ledger accounts and financial records from a direct tax perspective and identify tax-sensitive transactions for income tax returns, tax audits and tax assessments Perform reconciliations between books of accounts, tax returns, tax audit reports, financial statements, TDS expense and 26 AS reconciliation. Review of TDS applicability on transactions Prepare detailed schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for tax audits, tax computation, assessments, transfer pricing audits, and litigation matters Prepare and collate data required for assessments, tax notices, and appellate proceedings,



and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submissions Assist in representing the Company before tax authorities and support external consultants during assessments Monitor and pursue income tax refunds, rectifications, and related matters with tax authorities Track changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business Review tax positions adopted in assessments and provide technical support on direct tax matters Qualification & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Taxation Prior exposure to corporate tax & transfer pricing compliances, tax assessments, and litigation support will be preferred Desired Skills
Robust knowledge of the Income-tax Act, transfer pricing regulations, and related compliances Strong accounting knowledge with experience in General Ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data and prepare assessme
