Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and audience engagement across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that amplify our mission, increase visibility, and drive supporter engagement online.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the NGO's communications and fundraising goals. Manage and grow presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging channels. Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.). 2. Content Creation & Storytelling
Create engaging content including graphics, short videos, carousels, reels, stories, and written posts that reflect our brand and mission. Collaborate with field teams to collect real stories, photos, and videos from project sites. Design campaigns for key events, awareness days, and fundraising appeals. 3. Community Management
