You will lead social media for key clients, drive creative direction, and ensure consistent growth in engagement, brand love, and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand positioning (Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Pinterest, etc.) Build monthly/quarterly content calendars rooted in trends, cultural moments, and brand voice Identify opportunities for virality, engagement spikes, and community growth Content & Creative Direction Lead end-to-end content ideation across formats: reels, carousels, stories,



and campaigns Ensure visually compelling and engaging output aligned with brand aesthetics Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers Client & Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports confidently Understand brand tonality deeply and ensure consistency across all communication Campaign & Influencer Management Conceptualize and execute influencer collaborations and social campaigns Work with relevant influencers/creators for authentic storytelling Track campaign performance and optimize in real-time Analytics & Performance Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions Translate data into actionable insights and strategy refinements Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices Team Leadership Mentor junior team members and guide content and execution qu
