About the Role
This isn't a typical Community Manager role.
You're not managing Instagram comments.
You're building an entire city's offline community.
Your responsibility is to ensure that every week there are exciting experiences happening through See Yaa.
You will work closely with activity organisers, local businesses, clubs, and communities to make See Yaa the city's go-to platform for discovering activities.




Key Responsibilities
Community Development
Build relationships with local communities and clubs. Onboard and support activity organisers. Identify emerging communities and help them grow on See Yaa. Create partnerships with hobby groups, NGOs, clubs, and local organizations. Organiser Success
Help organisers publish activities. Train organisers on best practices. Improve activity quality. Ensure organisers remain active on the platform. Solve organiser-related issues. Business Partnerships
Develop relationships with:
Cafés Gyms Sports venues Travel companies Adventure groups Co-working spaces Event venues Help businesses use See Yaa to reach new customers.
Activity Operations
Monitor:
Upcoming activities Attendance Ratings Safety reports Feedback Repeat participation Ensure activities are successfully completed.
Community Growth
Visit events regularly. Capture feedback from users. Build relationships with active membe
