Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,
asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device
lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and
coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on technical support, manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, support office technology infrastructure, and collaborate with global support teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, mac OS, and Linux environments.
• Install, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams and track resolutions.




• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Office Infrastructure Support
• Support office technology services including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, printing services, voice systems, AV equipment, and workplace technologies.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, and related infrastructure components.
• Assist with conference room technologies, smart office solutions, and digital signage systems.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and infrastructure activities with internal teams and external vendors.
Asset Management
• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including receiving, registering, imaging, labeling, deployment, tracking, redeployment, and disposal.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, hardware replacements, stock management, and equipment redeploy
