About Mantra Gold Coatings
Mantra Gold Coatings is a Chennai-based brand specializing in handcrafted idols, pooja accessories, home décor, plating and gifting products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Pass purchase, sales and journal entries accurately in the accounting system
• Maintain vendor accounts and process vendor payments
• Track customer collections and outstanding receivables
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist with GST-related documentation and filings
• Assist with TDS-related accounting entries and compliance requirements
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and payment processing
• Maintain proper accounting records,



vouchers, and supporting documents
• Support auditors and consultants by providing required information and reports
Requirements
• B. Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• 1.5 to 2.5 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books
• Understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles
• Experience in bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and customer collections
• Positive attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or trading company
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
