Role Description This is a full-time, off-site Placement Officer role based in Hyderabad. The Placement Officer will coordinate Internships and campus recruitment activities, build and maintain relationships with employers, and identify placement opportunities for students across various disciplines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing campus drives, pre-placement talks, and recruitment events; maintaining placement databases; and tracking placement statistics for reporting. The role involves conducting or coordinating employability workshops, resume-building sessions, mock interviews, and soft-skills training to enhance student readiness for the job market. The Placement Officer will also provide one-on-one career guidance, collaborate with faculty and department heads, and ensure effective communication between students, employers, and the institution.
Qualifications
Strong campus placement and employer relationship management skills, including organizing recruitment drives and coordinating with corporate partners.
