JOB MISSION:
As a Technical Architect, Quote to Cash (Q2 C), you will define, design, and support scalable global solutions for the D365 ERP Sales & Marketing team across the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into secure, resilient, and high-performing technical architectures that support quoting, pricing, order management, fulfillment, invoicing, and integrations with enterprise platforms. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, developers, and external vendors to deliver strategic technical capabilities that improve operational efficiency, enable business growth, and strengthen customer experience.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
: Define and govern the end-to-end technical architecture for Quote to Cash capabilities within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on Sales & Marketing and related enterprise platforms . Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, integration patterns,



and implementation roadmaps . Design and oversee customizations, extensions, data entities, workflows, and integrations that support quoting, pricing, order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, and downstream financial processes . Establish technical standards, development best practices, and architecture guardrails to ensure solution quality, security, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability . Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams for X++, services, APIs, middleware, and Azure-based integrations . Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and application and AI teams to ensure alignment with broader platform, integration, data strategies and agentic engineering practices .
