Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Architect with hands on experience in corporate interiors to join our dynamic team. The Interior Architect will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of interior spaces in both large scale corporate fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers and contractors to develop functional, aesthetic, and cutting-edge interiors that meet the specific needs of the project. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand the vision, goals, and requirements for interior spaces. Develop initial design concepts and mood boards that align with the client's needs and project goals. Space Planning & Layouts: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts, ensuring the efficient use of space. Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and co-ordinate with 3 D visualization team for interior spaces. Integrate architectural elements with furniture, fixtures, and finishes to create a cohesive design.



Material & Finish Selection: Research and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the overall design vision and budget. Source and select appropriate materials, fabrics, and finishes that contribute to the aesthetic and functional goals of the project. Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are executed properly. Oversee the interior design process from concept through to final installation and completion. Monitor and review project budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure designs are delivered within the project scope. Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients to present designs, updates, and revisions. Understand and incorporate feedback into designs to meet client satisfaction. Provide guidance to clients regarding design options, finishes, and materials. Compliance & Sustainability
