We are looking for an Outbound Customer Support Junior to support our clients in executing high-performing outbound sales campaigns. In this role, you will act as an extension of our clients' sales teams by managing prospect outreach, qualifying opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and helping generate qualified meetings.
You will work closely with clients, prospects, and internal account teams to ensure consistent pipeline growth while leveraging up-to-date sales tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered outreach platforms.
