The Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for leading the Company's financial accounting, reporting, taxation, audit and compliance functions while ensuring robust financial governance and internal controls. The role will partner closely with the CFO and business leaders to provide financial insights, support business planning, drive process improvements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities in compliance with Ind AS, Indian GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts through effective review of ledgers, reconciliations, provisions,



accruals and balance sheet schedules. Oversee preparation and review of standalone financial statements and management reports. Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights to support management decision-making. Consolidation & Group Reporting
Manage consolidation of domestic and overseas subsidiaries and ensure timely submission of Group financial reports. Review inter-company transactions, related party transactions and statutory disclosures. Ensure consistency of accounting policies and compliance with Group reporting requirements. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including Income Tax, GST, TDS and Transfer Pricing requirements. Coordinate tax assessments, audits, scrutiny matters and regulatory interactions in consultation with external advisors. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with all applicable laws and regul
