As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the performance, visibility, and digital infrastructure of EB1 A Experts' online presence — blending data-driven performance marketing with organic growth strategies, technical web acumen, and automation expertise to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Paid Channels
• Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Linked In, Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms — managing sizeable budgets with a solid focus on ROI, CAC,



and pipeline contribution.
• Build full-funnel campaign strategies spanning awareness to conversion, with rigorous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Own performance reporting across GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta, and Linked In Campaign Manager; translate insights into actionable optimizations. 2. SEO, AEO & Organic Growth
• Lead organic search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to build sustainable, high-intent traffic from Google and AI-powered search engines.
• Drive technical and on-page SEO including keyword research, content optimization, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvement.
• Develop a structured content and backlink strategy that strengthens domain authority and positions EB1 A Experts as a category authority. 3. Web Management & Digital Hygiene
