Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Receptionist role based in Gurgaon. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow.



The role also involves handling basic billing or payment queries, verifying patient information, and maintaining confidentiality of medical data. The Medical Receptionist will support patients with forms and basic queries, provide clear information about clinic procedures, and ensure a skilled and courteous experience at all times.
Qualifications
Strong appointment scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating patient visits efficiently. Professional phone etiquette and experience handling high volumes of calls in a courteous, patient-focused manner. Proficiency in core receptionist duties, such as greeting patients, managing reception operations, and handling front-desk documentation.
