Role Description
This is a full time onsite role for a Tour Executive, located in Kochi with flexibility for some remote work. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning, managing, and guiding tours, creating and managing itineraries, and ensuring clear communication with clients before, during, and after tours. The Tour Executive will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, ensuring seamless operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Tour Planning and Tour Management skills Experience in creating and managing itineraries Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Customer service skills Must speak English and Hindi.
