Responsibilities
As a member of our finance team, you will be entrusted with critical functions that support the company's growth and financial health. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Closure of Books: Manage and ensure timely and accurate closure of the company's books of accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
Preparation of MIS: Prepare and review Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, providing insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with key regulations, including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other indirect taxes.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and bring efficiencies in existing financial systems and practices.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic financia
