About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Principal Project Manager / Squad Leader to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives within the airline and travel domain. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of business-critical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong airline domain expertise, proven experience managing agile teams, excellent client-facing skills, and a solid understanding of modern web technologies, preferably Angular.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Delivery Leadership
Lead a squad comprising developers, business analysts, UX specialists, and other supporting roles. Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and customers.



Own the squad's functional scope and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive requirement gathering, prioritization, planning, and successful delivery. Stakeholder & Client Management
Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Build solid relationships across business and technology teams. Delivery Management
Manage end-to-end delivery from requirement definition through implementation, testing, release, and post-production support. Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality metrics. Ensure timely and successful execution of roadmap commitments. Cross-Functional Coordination
