Key Responsibilities
SAP Landscape Management
Manage SAP setting including SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, Fiori, BW, BI, and integrated applications. Ensure system stability, performance, availability, and business continuity. Coordinate SAP upgrades, patches, migrations, and system refresh activities. Monitor SAP licenses and optimize utilization. Functional & Technical Coordination
Work closely with Finance, HR, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Projects teams. Understand business requirements and convert them into SAP solutions. Coordinate with SAP Functional Consultants, ABAP Developers, Basis Teams, and implementation partners. Review and approve functional specifications and technical developments. SAP Project Management
Lead SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and transformation projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities. Ensure successful adoption of new SAP functionalities. Integration Management

Manufacturing Systems HRMS Payroll Systems Banking Platforms CRM Applications Government Portals Third-Party Applications Ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization. SAP Governance & Compliance
Establish SAP governance frameworks and change management processes. Ensure compliance with: Internal Audit Requirements Statutory Regulations Information Security Standards Data Privacy Requirements Monitor Segregation of Duties (So D) and access controls. Cybersecurity & Risk Management
Support SAP security administration and authorization management. Coordinate vulnerability assessments and security audits. Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity preparedness. Monitor system risks and recommend mitigation actions. Business Process Improvement
