About the role:
Needs to work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Be able take up Continuous improvement ideas, initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team.



Be able to create and define SOP's, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
What you will do:
Drive revenue analytics to unlock additional reimbursement opportunities Minimize revenue leakage across hospital & physician RCM processes Analyze contracts, denials, and underpayments to improve collections Ensure productivity, accuracy & efficiency targets are consistently met Lead team performance, managing attrition, shrinkage & engagement Set transparent goals, allocate work effectively, and track progress Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture Share insights & recommendations with US stakeholders Manage daily operations: huddles, conflict resolution, team alignment Oversee work allocation, inventory & quality feedback (TNI) Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards & predictive insights Lead transitions, trainings & continuous skill development Must-Have Requirements
