BLUE TEA is looking for a Accounts Manager with solid experience in D2 C/Ecommerce accounting to manage financial operations, marketplace reconciliations, and compliance while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial accuracy, improving processes,
and delivering actionable insights for business decisions.
Responsibilities
• Lead end‐to‐end accounts and finance operations including AP, AR, general ledger and
bank reconciliations.
• Oversee preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
statements (P& L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely statutory compliances: GST (GSTR‐1, 3 B, annual), TDS/TCS, income tax,
ROC and other regulatory filings.
• Handle internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors and ensure proper
documentation and closure of audit points.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis to support business
decisions for the FMCG/D2 C business, marketplace and quick commerce business.
• Monitor working capital,



cash flow, vendor payments and credit control in
coordination with business and operations teams, including marketplace and quick
commerce channels.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and process automation in Tally/ERP and related
tools.
• Lead, mentor and review the work of the accounts and finance team.
Qualifications , Experience and Skills Required
Bcom/Mcom/CAInter/CA or any core accounting degree Minimum experience of 4-5 years with some years in Ecommerce business. Hands‐on experience in GST (B2 B/B2 C, e‐invoicing, reconciliations with GSTR‐2 A/2 B), TDS/TCS, and overall direct & indirect tax compliance. Experience in handling complete audit cycle, from pre‐audit preparation to final audit closure and sign‐off. If you are aligned with responsibilities and requirement.
