We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Taxation Executive with 3-5 years of experience in statutory compliance, taxation, regulatory filings and payroll compliances. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely filings and supporting all taxation and compliance-related activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Taxation
Handling GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation Preparation and review of GSTR-9 / GSTR-9 C Managing TDS deductions, entries,



and TDS return filing Handling Income Tax declarations and employee tax documentation Preparing and monitoring Advance Tax calculations and payments Assisting in Income Tax Return (ITR) documentation and details requirement Supporting Tax Audit data preparation and coordination with auditors Payroll & Labour Law Compliance
Managing PF compliance and PF return filing Handling PTRC (Professional Tax Registration Certificate) and PTEC (Professional Tax Enrolment Certificate) compliance Ensuring timely statutory submissions related to payroll and employee taxation Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, ROC, MCA compliances Valuable understanding of audit documentation and regulatory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / ERP, and government portals Strong documentation and coordination skills Good communication and follow-up abilities
