MBSGuru is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Executive who has strong experience in Education Sales, Coaching Institute Sales, Ed Tech Sales, LMS Sales, or B2 B Saa S Sales.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, giving product demos, converting coaching institutes, schools, teachers, and education businesses, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads for the MBSGuru education platform.
Responsibilities include:

=> Identify and approach coaching institutes, schools, educators, trainers, and education businesses
=> Explain MBS Guru LMS, white-label platform, mobile app, live class, recorded course, website builder, CRM, and automation features
=> Conduct product demos and presentations
=> Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
=> Build robust relationships with institute owners, decision-makers, and education professionals
=> Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
=> Maintain CRM records,



follow-ups, proposals, and sales reports
=> Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client success
=> Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy
Required Skills & Experience

=> Minimum 3–7 years of sales experience preferred
=> Experience in Ed Tech, LMS, education services, coaching institute sales, Saa S, or B2 B sales will be highly preferred
=> Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
=> Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals independently
=> Good understanding of education businesses, coaching institutes, online classes, and digital learning platforms
=> Target-oriented, confident, and professional personality
=> Comfortable with onsite work and field/client meetings when required
Compensation
Salary Budget: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month
Performance-based incentives can be discussed based on expe
