What You'll Own
Revenue Operations: Track opportunities through the pipeline, drive timely follow-ups across teams, and support leadership with forecasting and pipeline visibility. Cross-functional Coordination:



Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery - ensuring customer commitments translate into smooth, on-time execution. Business Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards across revenue, delivery, and operations to enable faster, sharper decision-making. Customer Success: Monitor customer health and engagement, and stay on top of renewals and key milestones to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
