Veracy Consulting provides Consulting and Development services to Energy Trading & Risk Management clients. The candidate will support daily operational activities, incident handling, monitoring, and coordination with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd-level application support to our clients for Market Risk and Credit Risk systems. Diagnose and resolve day-to-day Incidents and Service Requests within agreed KPI limits. Record all Incidents on Ticketing Platform and providing timely feedback to the Business stakeholders. Implement Team processes to handle all support activities. Update documentation on known issues and their resolution.



Liaise with other support/development Teams to resolve cross-system issues. Work with the Development Team as a liaison from the Support Team, contributing to the planning and testing of enhancement requests or projects. Technical Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience with: MS SQL Server or Oracle
ETL development
Tabular models and DAX
Power BI dashboards and data models
Exposure to. NET/C# or API integrations. Experience with modern software engineering practices Understanding of Trading and Risk Management platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Azure cloud tools (e.g., Data Lake, Blob Storage) is a plus. Educational Qualifications:
