Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Head to lead Ai Sensy's customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.
This role will own the complete growth marketing charter,



including pipeline generation, performance marketing, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and growth experimentation. You will work closely with the founders, sales, product, and customer success teams to build scalable growth engines that drive predictable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling B2 B Saa S businesses through data-driven growth strategies and building high-performing marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Define and execute Ai Sensy's growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Own growth KPIs including marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.
