Role Description
1. Product Demonstration & Presentation
Conduct clear, engaging, and professional product demonstrations for clients (online/offline). Explain product features, benefits, and use cases in English and Kannada. Handle client queries confidently and provide correct product information. 2. Client Coordination & Communication
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with clients regarding demos, feedback, onboarding, and support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Assist in pitching products to potential clients to drive sales and conversions. 3. Convincing & Customer Handling
Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to convert leads into active customers. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions. Address objections and help clients make informed decisions. 4. Technical Skills & Application Testing
Perform basic manual testing of applications (UI/UX checks, functionality, bug reporting). Coordinate with the technical team regarding identified issues. Ensure product demos are technically accurate and updated as per latest versions. Provide user-level technical guidance to clients during onboarding. 5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain demo schedules, client updates, and follow-up reports. Prepare feedback reports and share insights with management. Document testing findings, client issues, and product improvement suggestions. Required Skills & Qualifications:
