Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Article Assistant, CA with 1 to 3 years of experience,



semi-qualified CA not appearing for CA Final. The role involves assisting in statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits, including fieldwork, testing, documentation, and preparation of working papers. The Article Assistant will support in preparation and review of financial statements, tax computations, returns, and related documentation for individuals, firms, and companies. Responsibilities include supporting due diligence, valuations, and advisory assignments, as well as performing research on accounting, auditing, tax, and regulatory matters. The role also includes coordinating with clients for data collection and query resolution, maintaining accurate records, adhering to timelines, and collaborating with seniors and partners on various assignments.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant having 1 to 3 years of experience in the filed of audit and taxation. Semi-Qualified CA (inter / IPCC cleared) having at least 1 year of
