NTT DATA is excited to invite applications for an experienced professional to join us as a Senior Manager – Client Success based in Mumbai (Chandivali).
Experience : 10-15 years
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and gross profit growth through upsell, cross-sell, and timely renewals
Lead and mentor a team of Client Success professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development
Build and execute client engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Contribute to the global Client Success strategy and collaborate across regions
Act as a strategic partner, delivering value-driven client outcomes
What We're Looking For:




Strong leadership experience in Client Success / Hyperscale Data center environment
Proven track record in revenue growth, client engagement, and team management
Deep understanding of Data center operations, and maintenance
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in large-scale, multinational environments
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Management or related field
Bachleors Degree is preferred
