Duties and Responsibilities
Provide L3/L4 support to the operations, for investigation, troubleshooting and resolving network communications and operations problems impacting customer, backbone access, or performance on a global basis Handle critical production impacting issues. Collaborate with other teams to provide quick solutions. Provide escalation support to lower tier teams. Regularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist. Network security infrastructure solutions including firewalls. Ability to manage multiple projects and ability to plan Network roadmap. Analyzes current and future information technology industry trends to determine the potential impact on business or network systems architecture. Network design and network/component standards, network roadmaps, audit compliance, and deployment of new technologies to fit business needs. Understands how the big picture aligns with the overall Ensono strategy. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure, and technology standards. Develop,
