POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ad Campaign Specialist based in India, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, creatively versatile, and comfortable working in a quick-paced, cross-cultural environment. Prior exposure to the healthcare or medical industry and demonstrated experience managing campaigns for US-based clients will be considered strong differentiators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, launch,



and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Develop audience targeting strategies, messaging frameworks, and media plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimisations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing page variations.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring accurate pacing and ROI targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate across time zones with US-based clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication
