About the Company
The company is building the AI Interface for the Loan Lifecycle, enabling lenders to make faster, smarter, and more accurate credit decisions — primarily in wholesale and correspondent lending environments, where broker-driven workflows, submission quality, and upfront decisioning are critical.
We are now at an inflection point. A key client engagement requires us to co-design and co-build a new-age, AI-native broker-facing portal for the wholesale channel — one that integrates directly into contemporary LOS platforms and, together with Prudent AI, manages the entire workflow and interaction layer between brokers, lenders, and downstream systems.
We do not have in-house resources today to decompose this from ambiguity into buildable requirements. This role exists to fill that gap — and then scale it.
About the Role
The core problem we are solving sits in broker / TPO-driven origination flows, where:




Submissions are incomplete or unstructured Broker portals → LOS → underwriting workflows create fragmentation Decisioning happens too late in the process Submission quality directly impacts underwriting efficiency This role focuses on designing systems that improve submission quality and decisioning upfront before underwriting. This is NOT a retail POS role. This is a broker-facing system of engagement role.
Responsibilities
1. 0→1 Platform & Requirements Definition (Primary Charter)
Break down ambiguous client requirements into workflow maps, system design, and product specs Lead discovery sessions focused on broker submission and wholesale lending workflows Translate messy intake processes → structured system design Define what gets built — not just how it integrates 2. AI-Native Broker Portal — Workflow Design
Design broker-facing journeys for wholesale and correspondent channels Focus on: Submission workflows Document intake & completeness Income / eligibility feedback Underwriting readiness Define how decisions are surfaced to brokers at submission stage
