TATA AIG is looking for a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end commercial claims across Property, Marine, and Engineering lines, ensuring accurate assessment, timely settlement, and a seamless customer experience while maintaining robust regulatory and operational compliance
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial claims ( non EB - Property, Marine & Engineering ) – from intimation, registration, and investigation to settlement and closure . Evaluate policy coverage, terms & conditions, exclusions, and endorsements to determine claim liability . Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, underwriters, legal advisors, and reinsurers for claim assessment . Conduct thorough investigation and validation of claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines . Negotiate and finalize settlements, balancing customer service with cost control . Prepare and maintain claims documentation, MIS reports, and analytics to support decision-making . Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, internal audit standards, and corporate governance . Handle customer escalations and ensure a transparent, fair claims experience . Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance claims efficiency .
