The Technical Support Specialist will handle incoming support requests, diagnose technical issues, and provide timely resolutions through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, documenting incidents and solutions, and escalating complex cases when needed.



The role also involves guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, updating knowledge base articles, and following standardized support procedures.
